What we collect
Your name and phone number, your farm's name and county, the records you or your workers enter (milk, treatments, sales, costs), and an optional profile picture. We also keep a log of who changed what.
Who sees it
People on your farm see what their role allows. A worker does not see profit. A vet sees only what they treat. Another farm never sees your records: this is enforced by the database itself, and we test it.
What we do with it
We use it to run the app, show your reports and keep your records safe. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
You can export your records at any time and you can ask us to delete your farm. Leaving does not delete your records unless you ask.
Where it is kept
Your data is kept in a managed database in Europe, encrypted in transit. Records on the phone are encrypted on the device.
